Finished mixing and on to mastering!

Merry Christmas! This is the first in a series of photos of weird club bathroom wall art. Taken at Ella Street before our show last Thursday. So yeah… Safe and happy holidays, everyone!

Mixing the tracks at Steve Lobdell’s Audible Alchemy studio. In very good hands.

Here’s the lowdown – Nick and I are working on a session gig until mid-September. Hired guitar-slingers for pay, that’s us! During this month we will be finishing up the tiny little overdubs necessary to make the record sparkle in your ear holes. It will then be mixed at the beginning of October by the masterful Steven Wray Lobdell. Our next show is October 18 at Kelly’s… unless I can sneak us onto a bill before then. Seriously… we gotta play!

You may recognize this lovely lady from inside our Stubborn Keys record. Rita is now our official SWK mascot. How could you not love this face?
